Shipping policy

• Orders typically arrive within 3-7 working days by Post or Sendle.
• At this stage, we only supply goods within Australia.
• We offer a 30-day return policy on all products if the product has a manufacturing defect. To return an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue a refund for the order price (shipping costs and vouchers are not refundable), provided that the issue is documented with unboxing videos and detailed photos of the defect.
